Welcome to Circle of Success ®!
Circle of Success ® provides an early education program for parents in Yakima and Kittitas Counties to prepare their children to enter school ready to learn. Circle of Success is a private, nonprofit, 501-c-3 organization, developed in 1998, as a collaboration between local philanthropists, Yakima Valley Community College, Heritage University, United Way of Yakima County, EPIC (Head Start), and Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. Circle of Success ® leadership is provided by a board of directors and managed by three staff members. Community members are encouraged to call the Circle of Success office in order to volunteer their time and skills toward the important mission of preparing children to be ready for school.
When working with partner agencies or parent groups, workers and volunteers focus on integrating brain development research with best learning practices, and interactive leadership skills. Circle of Success ® parent education workers provide educational services and resources to families with children 0-6 years of age. The assured services of the program are the Let's Read program with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. The Let's Read program provides a book every month from the Imagination Library program, the Parent Resource Guide, Let's Read quarterly newsletters and early education workshops. |
