A BENEFIT FOR YOUR CHILD
As the parent of a preschool child, you can enroll your child in this terrific early education program. Enroll each of your preschool children separately because they will receive separate, developmental appropriate books. Your child's library will grow each month with a new book! Your child will learn new words and have new experiences each time a book is read to them. This is true even when the book is read over and over! This program is provided as a benefit for you and your child.

A BENEFIT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
As parents you are a child's first teacher and your home is the child's first classroom. In order for you to have more reading materials in your home, your child receives a book each month from the Imagination Library. You will also receive a quarterly newsletter called Let's Read with helpful information about how to improve your child's health and prepare them to be ready for school.

WHAT DO EXPERTS SAY ABOUT EARLY LEARNING?
"Just as a child develops language skills long before being able to speak, the child also develops literacy skills long before being able to read." National Research Council
"The Key is to start at birth. To immerse a child in a literacy environment can be a stronger predictor of literacy and academic achievement than family income." The Dollywood Foundation Fact Sheet for Imagination Library

WHAT THE YAKIMA AND KITTITAS VALLEYS ARE DOING FOR EARLY LEARNING
The Let's Read program is supported by contributions from Yakima and Kittitas Valley citizens and businesses who are community champions of literacy. Contributors making crucial donations to this early literacy program have accepted the challenge of improving the future for the children in the Yakima and Kittitas Valleys. With the Let's Read program, Circle of Success® is improving the school readiness of children and helping families acquire materials.
