VISION
Together with community partnerships, families with children ages
birth-6 will possess the knowledge and skills to assist their children in
developing to their fullest potential.
MISSION
Circle of Success, Inc.® is empowering parents to prepare their
children to enter school ready to learn. It is an early childhood education
program and a private, nonprofit, 501-c-3 organization. The program workers who
deliver educational services focus on integrating brain development research
with best 
learning practices and interactive leadership skills and home
visitation protocols. The services of the program include parent learning
groups, the Resource Guide and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
